При себе необходимо иметь документ, удостоверяющий личность.
Отправка документа о квалификации Почтой России происходит только по заявлению с указанием точного адреса, после успешной проверки оплаты и наличия документов (договор, акт).
Также документ может забрать третье лицо по доверенности с указанием паспортных данных.
Как получить копию документа в электронной форме?
Для получения копии документа о квалификации, профессиональной переподготовке в электронной форме необходимо обратиться к куратору цикла.
